Last day of work before Christmas!

And it's hard to focus.
Mari brought us lunch at work so now I'm sitting at my desk feeling full and sleepy.

I'm wearing a tie today. My suit is handing next to my desk and tonight me and Karly are going to see The San Francisco Ballet's rendition of The Nut Cracker. After the show I was thinking of grabbing some sushi for dinner then going home to enjoy the 4 day weekend.

My mom is having a Christmas Caroling party on Saturday. I'm going to go for at least a couple hours. My mom asked me to bring something, so I stopped by my new favorite place: John and Jill's cheesecake. They make amazing cheesecake, and they make so much (they do wholesale) that they have a special freezer for the "seconds"... the cheesecakes which are less then perfect (cracked top, uneven toppings, etc) and they sell these for $5-6 each! Delicious!

One week till Christmas

I'm excited. In fact, I think I may be more exited about this Christmas then I have been about any Christmas since I was 12. Christmas always seems to be a bit of a let down. I don't really know what I expect to come of it, except there's a whole bunch of build up to what is in reality, just another day.

What's different this year, you ask?

I dunno.

Cheers,
Brendan

Comment Verification

Apparently the large number of hits I get per week (approximately 1, by Rachel) was enough to catch the attention of some spammers and as a result I've been getting hundreds of viagra comments on various blog entries. Deleting them started to turn into a chore so I added a comment verification system.
It's pretty simple, I'm sure you've all seen something like it before. Just look at the picture and type what you see into the box below it.
Try it now and leave me a comment!
